All reservations require a one-night non-refundable deposit to reserve.
We reserve the right to charge additional $20/night on any live music nights or ticket events.

Holiday weekend:  

There is a $10.00 surcharge per night on all Holiday Weekends.
There is a 3 night minimum on all Holiday Weekends

Visitors Fee:   

$5 day/$10 Overnight –  Monday – Thursday
$10 day/$15 Overnight –   Friday – Sunday
Seasonal Passes are available

Pump Out Fee: 

$35 (Free for seasonal – once a week)
$50 on Holiday Weekends

Dump Station: 

$25.00 (Free with full hook up price)
